Everything thing was amazing

Loved how the 3 hotels are connected so there was ample sunbeds and pool space. This particular hotel was very exclusive so perfect for us. When we arrived we had a few issues but Natrada sorted them swiftly and was so friendly , we were put at ease . I even left my earrings and she located them and arranged postage. If it wasn't for her , our stay would not have been this amazing .

Some of the facilities e.g Spa were not available so needed to be booked in advance. However we were recommended somewhere nearby .

This is without doubt a true 5 star hotel and the experience is 10 on a scale of 9. The desk manager, Natandra is big part of the e'sprit de corp experience. Definitely one for the books. One would be hard-pressed to find a property that is so well branded to every detail. From the moment we arrived it was nearly impossible to open a door for ourselves. We stayed 4 nights and wish we would have stayed longer. We never once arrived, regardless of time, where we weren't greeted in the most gracious manner. The room was over-the-top and the turn-down service rivaled all other five star experiences we have ever had. Not use to having 8 to 10 truffles, including two each on our pillows every night, plus fresh fruit plater. Mind, we are professionals and very much in the know. This is without question in the top 5 of the the list "Amazing Places we Love to Review". Comfort was exceptional, service was beyond exceptional. The entire property is awesome. The pool water temperature was perfect, the softness and condition of the water was noticeably the best we ever experienced. Fresh clean towels were waiting for us whenever we departed the stairs of the pool. Room service menu didn't appear to be impressionable at first, but the presentation and flavors would rival many high end restaurant experiences. Room Service... mind you! Even the poolside food was mind-blowing... best Australian Beef Burger EVER. The appointments of the room were attentive to every detail, we loved the carousel entertainment center, the bathroom with the circular jacuzzi tub was most enjoyable, very sensual for couples. And the fragrances of the towels and linens. OMG! The consistency of excellence carried through in every detail.. But beyond the aesthetics, the actual comfort and class was the human experience. Ms. Natandra is so worth her weight in gold. The Best, the best, the best.

Everything: The suite, the wonderful view, the indoor and outdoor luxurious facilities, the amazing staff and management. This is one of the best hotel properties i have experienced, and cannot really emphasize that the staff and management are amazing and go out of their way to fulfill your request.

Now as I've been spoilt due to the luxurious wonderful experience, no other hotel can meet my expectation in comparison :-) Nothing more just an expansion to the in-room food menu could be considered

I would like to give a compliment to Miss Chawanart S. (105). She did very best to welcome me and answer every questions of mine. Her action and manner impressed me a lot and she deserved a compliment from me.

stairs, hard to walk (I stayed in 0614)

The most serviceminded hotel I've ever been at - you can customize what they put in the minibar (I had fresh milk every day for my morning coffee), you can book your favorite sun bed all week, there is fruit and chocolate for you every day, and you can wish for certain fruits, they have a flat pillow (unusual to find in Asia) and a lot of other pillow choices, there are many different dinner options, the fitness room is very well equipped. There is an extra door with moscito net at the two balcony doors, so you can sleep with fresh air if you like. There is enough light in the room, and very flexible light around the bed, the bathroom is big and well maintained, the balcony with sunbeds is a great asset if you want to be private. The hotel is quiet (no music all day around the pool) and is focused on a relaxing, customized stay. The restaurant at Wing is great for all meals. Really good food. But the best is the staff! Everybody is so genuinely friendly and focused on making your stay personalized and just as YOU would like it. It is everybody - from the housekeeping, to the pool staff, and management. Everybody is doing an effort to talk to you and learn who you are as a guest and accomodate that best possible. And the smiles and the service seems genuine, and it also seems like the staff enjoys to be there. They are also smiling to each other and joking around (when they think you don't see it), and that is great. To know that people also enjoy to work there just makes it all even better. I can only give this place my highest recommendation if you are looking to relax and avoid all the small things that can be a little irritating at other hotels - they are gone here! We travel a lot and have never been to the same place twice, but we will make an exception with this place.

The Spa facilities (massage etc) are expensive compared to prices just outside the hotel (a factor 9 in difference), and this is too much of a difference in my opinion. The restaurants outside Wing (the other connecting hotels to which you have full access) are varying a lot in quality and value-for-money. I recommend to focus on the Wing restaurant.

The royal wing is the most expensive of the 4 nevertheless worth every penny for the service peace and excellence in service in any way you can imagine. To use a phrase of a fellow resident. The only bad thing in this hotel, is that paradise is boring :)

Few evening activities would be great added value for couple travelers

Toughest customer ever but we were so pleasantly delighted. Great staff from the moment we checked in. Nice facilities-oool, spa, restaurants. Great price

The breakfast was excellent (à la carde) near the pool. The Resident Manager, Mr. Thibault Sellier and the Concierge take care the quest and both was very friendly. I will be back in these wonderful Hotel in January 2019.
